خصوصيتك تهمّنا. هنا نشرح بوضوح ما نحتاجه منك لتشغيل Circle، وكيف نحميه، وكيف تتحكم فيه. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا يصل أي بيان عنك إلى المعلنين داخل Circle.
١ — ما نجمعه
بيانات حسابك: بريدك الإلكتروني، ورقم جوالك إن أضفته.
بيانات ملفك: ما تكتبه فيه من اسم واسم مستخدم وتاريخ ميلاد وجنس ومسمى وظيفي ونبذة وصورة واهتمامات وروابط تواصل.
الموقع: مدينتك وحيّك، وموقعك التقريبي إن سمحت به، لنعرض لك اللقاءات القريبة. لا نتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية.
بيانات السلامة: البلاغات وقائمة الحظر وتذاكر الدعم.
بيانات الاشتراك: نوع باقتك وتاريخ انتهائها. الدفع يتم عند آبل، ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك.
بيانات الاستخدام: تفاعلك داخل التطبيق، مثل فتح الإشعارات والضغط على ما يظهر لك، وإعدادات إشعاراتك.
٢ — كيف نستخدمها
لتشغيل الخدمة: إنشاء حسابك، وعرض اللقاءات القريبة.
لحماية الأعضاء: مراجعة البلاغات، ومنع الإساءة والاحتيال.
للدعم: الرد على استفساراتك.
لاقتراحات تناسبك: نقترح عليك في الإشعارات لقاءات قريبة منك أو على اهتماماتك، بناءً على مدينتك وحيّك وموقعك التقريبي إن سمحت به واهتماماتك ونشاطك في التطبيق. وقد نقترح عليك أيضاً مكاناً عاماً قريباً يناسب اللقاء، نختاره نحن من دليل نعدّه بأنفسنا: لا يدفع المكان مقابل ذلك، وليس إعلاناً.
لتحسين الاقتراحات: نقيس تفاعل الأعضاء معها ونجرّب صيغاً مختلفة منها لنعرف الأنفع. أما إشعارات الرسائل والطلبات فلا تدخل في ذلك.
إشعارات Circle ثلاثة أنواع: «اقتراحات اللقاءات» و«أخبار Circle» تصلك ما لم توقفها، و«عروض Circle» لا تصلك إلا إن فعّلتها بنفسك. وتتحكم فيها كلها من الإعدادات (البند ٦).
للإعلانات: Circle مجاني، وتظهر فيه إعلانات نختار لك منها ما يناسبك حسب مدينتك وحيّك وعمرك وجنسك واهتماماتك ونوع باقتك ولغة التطبيق ومدة عضويتك. لا نستخدم في ذلك رسائلك ولا صورك ولا موقعك اللحظي.
٣ — من يصل إليها
الأعضاء: يرون ما تختار إظهاره في ملفك. وتقدر تخفي عمرك أو جنسك أو صورتك عن الأعضاء من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية، والمخفي لا يصل إلى أجهزتهم أصلاً.
فريق السلامة: يرى من بيانات الحسابات ما يلزم لحماية الأعضاء.
مزوّدو الخدمة: نستعين بشركات موثوقة لتشغيل التطبيق: Supabase للاستضافة، وAuthentica لرسائل التحقق، وExpo للتحديثات والإشعارات، وRevenueCat للاشتراكات، ومزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي لبعض الميزات (البند ٤). ولا يصل لكل منها إلا ما يلزم لعملها، ولا نشارك بياناتك مع غيرها إلا إذا ألزمنا النظام.
المعلنون داخل Circle: لا يصلهم اسمك ولا حسابك ولا أي بيان عنك.
٤ — ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي
«أفكار سيركل» في «اكتشف» يكتبها الذكاء الاصطناعي من معلومات عامة عن مدينتك وأعداد مجمّعة للاهتمامات فيها، دون أي بيان يخصّك. ولا يُنشر منها شيء باسمك إلا إن نشرته بنفسك.
«لقاء جاهز لك» و«تعبئة تلقائية»: حين تفتح «اكتشف» أو تطلب فكرة جديدة أو تضغط «تعبئة تلقائية»، نرسل إلى مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي اهتماماتك ومدينتك وحيّك ونبذتك ومسمّاك الوظيفي، وما تكتبه في «عندك موضوع معين؟»، ليكتب اقتراح لقاء تراه أنت وحدك. لا نرسل اسمك ولا رقمك ولا بريدك ولا صورك، ولا يُنشر شيء إلا إن نشرته.
لا نحفظ مسودات «تعبئة تلقائية»، ونحذف ما يُكتب لك في «لقاء جاهز لك» بعد ثمانية أيام.
٥ — مدة الحفظ
نحفظ بياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً. وإذا حذفت حسابك اختفى ملفك ولقاءاتك من التطبيق، وبقيت رسائلك في محادثات من راسلتهم باسم «حساب محذوف»، ونحتفظ ببيانات الحساب لدى فريق الإشراف لحماية الأعضاء ومنع عودة المخالفين.
إن كان هناك بلاغ لم تنتهِ مراجعته، نحتفظ بما يخصّه حتى يُغلق ثم يُحذف. ونحتفظ بما يلزم من نتائج الإشراف لمنع عودة المخالفين.
سجلات الاستخدام مؤقتة: تُحذف تفاصيلها خلال أشهر قليلة، ولا يبقى منها إلا أعداد مجمّعة لا تدل على أحد. ونحفظ وقت موافقتك على «عروض Circle» ما دام حسابك قائماً.
٦ — تحكّمك في بياناتك
التعديل: كل ما في ملفك تعدّله من الإعدادات.
الحذف: من الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، فوراً ودون مراسلة أحد.
الأذونات: الموقع والصور والكاميرا والميكروفون تسحبها من إعدادات جهازك متى شئت.
الإشعارات: من الإعدادات ← الإشعارات تختار ما يصلك منها، كل نوع على حدة.

٧ — الأمان والعمر
نحمي بياناتك بتشفير الاتصال وبصلاحيات وصول صارمة، وصورك في مخزن خاص لا يفتحه إلا من يحق له رؤيتها.
التطبيق لمن أتمّ ١٨ سنة، وإذا علمنا بحساب لقاصر حذفناه.
٨ — التعديلات
إذا غيّرنا شيئاً مهماً في هذه السياسة، نخبرك داخل التطبيق قبل أن يسري.
Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Here we explain plainly what we need from you to run Circle, how we protect it, and how you stay in control. We do not sell your data, and nothing about you reaches the advertisers in Circle.
1 — What we collect
Your account: your email address, and your phone number if you add one.
Your profile: what you put in it — name, username, date of birth, gender, job title, bio, photo, interests and social links.
Location: your city and district, and your approximate location if you allow it, so we can show you meetups nearby. We do not track your location in the background.
Safety data: reports, your block list and support tickets.
Subscription data: your plan and when it ends. Payment happens with Apple, and we never see your card details.
Usage data: how you use the app, such as opening notifications and tapping what is shown to you, and your notification settings.
2 — How we use it
To run the service: creating your account and showing meetups near you.
To protect members: reviewing reports and preventing abuse and fraud.
For support: answering your questions.
For suggestions that suit you: we suggest meetups near you or on your interests in notifications, based on your city and district, your approximate location if you allow it, your interests and your activity in the app. We may also suggest a public place near you that suits a meetup, chosen by us from a directory we keep ourselves: the place pays nothing for it, and it is not an ad.
To improve suggestions: we measure how members respond to them and try different wordings to learn what helps most. Message and request notifications are not part of this.
Circle notifications come in three kinds: "Meet suggestions" and "Circle news" reach you unless you turn them off, and "Circle offers" reach you only if you turn them on yourself. You control all of them in Settings (section 6).
For ads: Circle is free and shows ads, and we pick the ones that suit you by your city and district, age, gender, interests, plan, app language and how long you have been a member. We do not use your messages, your photos or your live location for this.
3 — Who it reaches
Members: they see what you choose to show on your profile. In Settings → Privacy you can hide your age, gender or photo from members, and what you hide never reaches their devices.
Our safety team: sees the account details needed to protect members.
Service providers: we rely on trusted companies to run the app — Supabase for hosting, Authentica for verification codes, Expo for updates and notifications, RevenueCat for subscriptions, and an external AI provider for some features (section 4). Each receives only what its work needs, and we share your data with no one else unless the law requires it.
Advertisers in Circle: they receive no name, no account and no detail about you.
4 — AI features
"Circle ideas" in Discover are written by AI from public information about your city and aggregate counts of the interests there — never any data about you. None is posted under your name unless you post it yourself.
"A meet ready for you" and "Autofill": when you open Discover, ask for a new idea or tap "Autofill", we send your interests, city and district, bio and job title, and anything you type in "Got a topic in mind?", to an external AI provider so it can write a meetup suggestion that only you see. We never send your name, phone number, email or photos, and nothing is posted unless you post it.
We do not keep Autofill drafts, and what is written for you in "A meet ready for you" is deleted after eight days.
5 — How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your profile and meets disappear from the app, your messages stay in the conversations of the people you wrote to under "Deleted account", and we keep the account's data with our moderation team to protect members and stop banned members returning.
If a report is still under review, we keep what concerns it until it is closed, then delete it. We keep the moderation outcomes needed to stop banned members returning.
Usage records are temporary: their details are deleted within a few months, and only aggregate counts that point to no one remain. We keep the time you agreed to "Circle offers" for as long as your account exists.
6 — Your control over your data
Editing: everything on your profile can be changed in Settings.
Deletion: Settings → Delete account, at once and without emailing anyone.
Permissions: location, photos, camera and microphone can be revoked in your device settings at any time.
Notifications: Settings → Notifications lets you choose what reaches you, one kind at a time.
For any request about your data: support@circlepoint.app.
7 — Security and age
We protect your data with encrypted connections and strict access controls, and your photos are kept in private storage that only those allowed to see them can open.
Circle is for people aged 18 and over. If we learn of an account belonging to a minor, we delete it.
8 — Changes
If we change anything important in this policy, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
