شروط استخدام سيركل

سيركل مساحة للصداقات والأنشطة واللقاءات المبنية على اهتمامات مشتركة، وليس للتعارف العاطفي ولا الزواج. وُضعت هذه الشروط للحفاظ على تجربة آمنة ومحترمة للجميع، ولتوضيح حقوقك ومسؤولياتك عند استخدام سيركل. عند اختيار «أوافق»، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط أثناء استخدامك للتطبيق.
١ — عن سيركل
Circle - سيركل تطبيق اجتماعي يساعدك على التعرف على أشخاص في مدينتك يشاركونك اهتماماتك من خلال اللقاءات والأنشطة.
يمكنك نشر «لقاء» حول نشاط أو اهتمام، مثل الرياضة أو القهوة والنقاش أو الهوايات أو المشاريع، ويمكن للأعضاء الآخرين إرسال «اهتمام» بالمشاركة فيه.
إذا قبل صاحب اللقاء اهتمامك، تُفتح محادثة بينكما لترتيب اللقاء.
سيركل مخصص للصداقات والأنشطة واللقاءات الاجتماعية، ولا يجوز استخدامه للتعارف العاطفي ولا للزواج.
٢ — العمر والحساب
• يجب أن تكون قد أتممت ١٨ سنة لاستخدام سيركل.
• يجب أن تستخدم حساباً واحداً يخصك أنت.
• يجب أن تقدم معلومات صحيحة عنك، بما في ذلك الاسم والعمر والمدينة والمسمى الوظيفي.
• تختار جنسك عند التسجيل، ويكون ظاهراً للأعضاء الآخرين ولا يمكن تغييره بعد التسجيل.
• يجب توثيق رقم جوالك وبريدك الإلكتروني قبل أن تتمكن من نشر لقاء أو إرسال اهتمام.
• يمكنك إخفاء عمرك أو صورتك عن الأعضاء الآخرين من الإعدادات.
٣ — ملفك الشخصي
يخضع الاسم والصورة والنبذة والمسمى الوظيفي للمراجعة قبل أن تظهر التعديلات الجديدة للأعضاء الآخرين.
عند تعديل أحد هذه العناصر، يبقى المحتوى السابق ظاهراً حتى يُعتمد التعديل الجديد.
يُستثنى من ذلك الاسم عند التسجيل لأول مرة؛ إذ يظهر فوراً ثم يخضع للمراجعة.
• الاسم: يتكوّن من حروف عربية أو إنجليزية، بين حرفين و٣٠ حرفاً، بلا أرقام أو رموز.
• اسم المستخدم: يتكوّن من حروف إنجليزية وأرقام والشرطة السفلية (_)، بين ٣ و١٥ خانة، ويبدأ بحرف، ولا يزيد عدد أرقامه على ٦.
• يُمنع أن يوحي اسمك أو اسم المستخدم بأنك من فريق سيركل، مثل استخدام «سيركل» أو «Circle» أو «الدعم» أو «الإدارة».
• يمكنك تغيير اسمك حتى ٣ مرات كل ٣٠ يوماً، وتغيير اسم المستخدم مرة كل ٣٠ يوماً.
يمكنك استخدام أي صورة محترمة لصورتك الشخصية، مثل صورة لوجهك أو منظر أو هواية. ويُمنع استخدام:
• الصور غير المحتشمة.
• الصور التي تحتوي على رقم هاتف أو حساب تواصل.
• صور المشاهير أو أشخاص آخرين.
• صور الأطفال.
• الصور التي تتضمن عنفاً أو كراهية.
كما يُمنع وضع أرقام الهواتف أو حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي أو الروابط في الاسم أو النبذة أو الصورة.
يمكنك تغيير صورة ملفك الشخصي عدداً محدوداً من المرات يومياً.
٤ — نشر اللقاءات
يجب أن يكون اللقاء حول نشاط أو اهتمام واضح، في مكان عام، وأن يتضمن مدينة اللقاء وموعده.
يخضع كل لقاء لمراجعة آلية قبل نشره، وقد تُحال بعض الحالات إلى فريق سيركل للمراجعة.
إذا خالف اللقاء هذه الشروط، فلن يُنشر، وستُبلّغ بسبب الرفض.
يظهر اللقاء في صفحة «اكتشف» حتى موعده أو لمدة ٢٤ ساعة كحد أقصى، أيهما يأتي أولاً.
بعد انتهاء ظهور اللقاء، يمكنك إعادة نشره كلقاء جديد.
٥ — المحتوى الممنوع في اللقاءات
يُمنع استخدام اللقاءات في أي مما يأتي:
• وضع أرقام أو حسابات أو وسائل تواصل خارج سيركل.
• التعارف العاطفي أو الزواج.
• المحتوى الجنسي.
• التحرش أو الإساءة أو خطاب الكراهية.
• البيع أو طلب المال أو عرض الاستثمارات.
• أي محتوى يتعلق باستهداف القاصرين.
• أي نشاط غير قانوني أو خطِر.
اللقاء المخالف لا يُنشر، ويُسجَّل مخالفة على حسابك وفق البند ١٤.
٦ — جمهور اللقاء
يمكن لكل عضو استخدام خيار «لمن هذا اللقاء؟» واختيار: الجميع، أو جنسه فقط. ولا يمكن توجيه لقاء إلى الجنس الآخر وحده.
يمكن استخدام هذا الخيار لتحديد الفئة المناسبة لطبيعة النشاط وراحة المشاركين، ولا يجوز استخدامه لأغراض التعارف العاطفي أو البحث عن علاقة.
العضو الذي لا يطابق الجمهور المحدد للقاء لن يراه ولن يتمكن من إرسال اهتمام به.
إذا نشر رجل لقاءً موجهاً إلى النساء تحديداً في وصفه، فلا يُنشر إلا بعد مراجعة فريق سيركل.
٧ — مشاركة اللقاء خارج سيركل
يمكن لأي عضو مشاركة رابط لقاء خارج التطبيق.
تعرض الصفحة المفتوحة من الرابط مدينة اللقاء وموعده فقط، ولا تعرض عنوان اللقاء ولا مكانه، ولا اسم صاحبه ولا صورته.
٨ — إرسال الاهتمام
أرسل اهتمامك فقط إلى اللقاءات التي تنوي حضورها فعلاً.
إذا أرسلت اهتماماً من دون ملاحظة، يصل إلى صاحب اللقاء فوراً.
إذا أرفقت ملاحظة، فلا يصل الاهتمام إلى صاحب اللقاء إلا بعد مراجعة الملاحظة. وإذا رُفضت الملاحظة:
• لا يصل شيء إلى صاحب اللقاء.
• يظهر لك سبب الرفض.
• يمكنك إرسال الاهتمام مرة أخرى.
• لا تُحسب المحاولة المرفوضة من حد اهتماماتك اليومي.
عدد الاهتمامات التي يمكنك إرسالها يومياً محدود، ويختلف بين الخطة المجانية وCircle+.
٩ — المحادثات
لا تُفتح المحادثة بين عضوين إلا بعد قبول صاحب اللقاء للاهتمام.
لا نفحص المحادثات آلياً، ولا نتدخل فيما يتفق عليه طرفا المحادثة.
إذا قدّم أحد الطرفين بلاغاً، يمكن لفريق الإشراف الاطلاع على المحادثة محل البلاغ للتحقق منه.
إذا أرسلت صورة أو تسجيلاً بخيار «مرة واحدة»، يمكن للمستلم فتحه مرة واحدة.
إذا حذف أحد طرفي المحادثة حسابه، تبقى المحادثة لدى الطرف الآخر، ويظهر الحساب المحذوف باسم «حساب محذوف».
١٠ — الاحترام والسلوك
استخدم سيركل باحترام، واحترم الآخرين وحدودهم. يُمنع:
• التحرش أو المضايقة أو الإساءة.
• ملاحقة من رفض التواصل معك أو لم يقبل اهتمامك.
• خطاب الكراهية أو التحقير بسبب الدين أو الأصل أو الجنس أو الإعاقة.
• المحتوى الجنسي أو العري.
• استهداف القاصرين.
• الاحتيال وطلب المال.
• انتحال شخصية غيرك، أو نشر بيانات الآخرين دون إذنهم.
• الرسائل المزعجة والترويج التجاري.
• استخدام سيركل للتعارف العاطفي أو الزواج.
• أي نشاط غير قانوني أو خطِر.
١١ — السلامة
سيركل لا يتحقق من هويات الأعضاء ولا من سوابقهم.
وجود أي شخص على سيركل لا يُعد دليلاً أو ضماناً على أنه شخص آمن.
أنت مسؤول عن تقدير مدى ملاءمة الأشخاص الذين تختار التواصل أو اللقاء معهم. عند اللقاء:
• التقِ في المكان العام المعلن، وأخبر شخصاً تثق به بوجهتك.
• لا ترسل مالاً لأحد، ولا تشارك بياناتك البنكية.
• غادر متى شعرت بعدم الارتياح، وأبلغنا عن أي تصرف مسيء.
١٢ — البلاغات
يمكنك تقديم بلاغ من الملف الشخصي، أو اللقاء، أو المحادثة، أو بطاقة الاهتمام.
يصل كل بلاغ إلى فريق الإشراف فوراً، ونلتزم حالياً بمراجعته خلال ٢٤ ساعة.
لا نكشف للمستخدم المُبلّغ عنه هوية الشخص الذي قدّم البلاغ.
إذا أبلغ ثلاثة أعضاء موثّقين مختلفين عن اللقاء نفسه أو الصورة نفسها، يُخفى المحتوى مؤقتاً حتى يراجعه فريق سيركل، ويظهر لصاحبه أنه «قيد مراجعة الفريق».
يُعد تقديم بلاغ كاذب بصورة متعمدة مخالفة، وقد يؤدي إلى اتخاذ إجراء بحق حسابك.
١٣ — الحظر بين الأعضاء
يمكنك حظر عضو آخر من ملفه الشخصي أو من المحادثة.
يسري الحظر فوراً ويقطع الطرفين عن بعضهما داخل سيركل.
١٤ — المخالفات والعقوبات
إذا رُفض محتوى لمخالفته هذه الشروط، تُسجّل مخالفة على حسابك ويظهر لك سبب الرفض. يشمل ذلك: اللقاء، والصورة، والنبذة، والاسم، والملاحظة.
العقوبات لا تُفرض آلياً أبداً. فريق سيركل وحده يقرر الإجراء المناسب بحسب طبيعة المخالفة وجسامتها، وقد يشمل:
• التحذير، وقد يقيّد لمدة يحددها الفريق إرفاق الملاحظة مع الاهتمام وعدد الاهتمامات اليومية.
• الإيقاف المؤقت للحساب.
• الحظر النهائي للحساب.
قد تؤدي المخالفات الجسيمة إلى حظر حسابك نهائياً من أول مخالفة، وتشمل على وجه الخصوص: التحرش، والمحتوى الجنسي، واستهداف القاصرين، والاحتيال.
إذا تبيّن لفريق سيركل أن محتوى رُفض بالخطأ، فيجوز للفريق التراجع عن الرفض وإلغاء أثره وإبلاغك بذلك.
١٥ — الخطة المجانية وCircle+
يمكنك استخدام سيركل مجاناً، وتُعرض فيه إعلانات في الخطة المجانية وفي Circle+.
Circle+ اشتراك شهري اختياري عبر Apple، ويمنحك:
• حدوداً يومية أعلى.
• الفرز بالأحدث والأكثر تطابقاً.
• الفلاتر.
• استرجاع الطلبات المتجاهلة.
تفاصيل ما تقدمه كل خطة معروضة في شاشة Circle+ داخل التطبيق قبل الدفع.
١٦ — الدفع والتجديد
يظهر سعر Circle+ بعملتك قبل إتمام عملية الشراء، وهو السعر المعتمد.
يتم الدفع من خلال حساب Apple الخاص بك ويُخصم عند تأكيد الشراء، ولا يرى سيركل بيانات بطاقتك.
يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً بالمدة نفسها ما لم توقف التجديد قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية المدة الحالية، ويُخصم مبلغ التجديد خلال الـ٢٤ ساعة السابقة لنهايتها.
يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إيقاف التجديد من إعدادات جهازك ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات.
حذف تطبيق سيركل من جهازك لا يوقف التجديد التلقائي للاشتراك.
إذا شملت باقتك فترة تجريبية مجانية، يبدأ الاشتراك المدفوع تلقائياً عند انتهائها ما لم توقف التجديد قبلها. وتُمنح الفترة التجريبية مرة واحدة، وما لم تستهلكه منها يسقط إن اشتركت قبل انقضائها.
١٧ — إلغاء الاشتراك والاسترداد
إلغاء الاشتراك لا يؤدي إلى استرداد المبلغ الذي سبق دفعه، وتبقى مزايا Circle+ متاحة لك حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.
تُقدَّم طلبات الاسترداد إلى Apple من خلال: reportaproblem.apple.com
أي ميزة توصف بأنها «لا محدودة» تخضع للاستخدام العادل: سقف تقني بعيد عن الاستخدام الطبيعي يحمي الأعضاء من الإزعاج والحسابات المخترقة. فإن بلغته وأنت تستخدم التطبيق استخداماً طبيعياً فتواصل مع الدعم.
قد نغيّر أسعار الاشتراك أو مزاياه لاحقاً، ولا يسري أي تغيير على مدة سبق أن دفعت قيمتها.
إذا أُوقف حسابك أو حُظر بسبب مخالفة هذه الشروط، فلا يترتب على ذلك حق في استرداد قيمة الاشتراك.
١٨ — المحتوى الذي تنشره
يبقى المحتوى الذي تنشره على سيركل ملكاً لك.
عندما تنشر محتوى على سيركل، فإنك تمنح سيركل إذناً محدوداً بتخزينه وعرضه داخل التطبيق بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة فقط.
لا يستخدم سيركل محتواك في الإعلانات ولا يبيعه.
١٩ — الخصوصية
تُعالَج بياناتك وفق «سياسة الخصوصية» المتاحة في الإعدادات وعلى موقعنا.
٢٠ — حذف الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك من الإعدادات في أي وقت.
إذا حذفت حسابك وكانت لديك محادثات مع أعضاء آخرين، تبقى تلك المحادثات لدى الأطراف الآخرين ويظهر حسابك فيها باسم «حساب محذوف».
لسيركل إيقاف حسابك أو حظره نهائياً عند مخالفة هذه الشروط، وفق آلية المخالفات الموضحة أعلاه.
٢١ — تقديم الخدمة
تُقدَّم خدمة سيركل كما هي.
لا يضمن سيركل أن تجد أشخاصاً مناسبين لك، أو أن يؤدي استخدام التطبيق إلى تكوين صداقة أو حضور لقاء.
وفي حدود ما يسمح به النظام، لا يتحمل سيركل مسؤولية ما يقع بين الأعضاء خارج التطبيق.
٢٢ — تعديل شروط الاستخدام
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت إلى آخر.
إذا كان التعديل جوهرياً، فسنعرضه لك داخل التطبيق قبل أن يبدأ سريانه.
٢٣ — النظام المطبق
تخضع شروط الاستخدام هذه لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

Circle Terms of Use

Circle is a space for friendships, activities and meetups built around shared interests — not for dating or marriage. These terms keep the experience safe and respectful for everyone, and set out your rights and responsibilities when you use Circle. By choosing "I agree", you agree to follow these terms while you use the app.
1 — About Circle
Circle is a social app that helps you meet people in your city who share your interests, through meetups and activities.
You can post a "meetup" around an activity or interest — sport, coffee and conversation, a hobby or a project — and other members can send an "interest" in joining it.
If the meetup's author accepts your interest, a chat opens between you to arrange the meetup.
Circle is for friendships, activities and social meetups. It may not be used for dating or marriage.
2 — Age and account
• You must be 18 or older to use Circle.
• You must use a single account that belongs to you.
• The information you give about yourself must be true, including your name, age, city and job title.
• You choose your gender when you sign up. It is visible to other members and cannot be changed afterwards.
• You must verify your phone number and email before you can post a meetup or send an interest.
• You can hide your age or photo from other members in Settings.
3 — Your profile
Your name, photo, bio and job title are reviewed before changes are shown to other members.
When you change one of them, the previous version stays visible until the new one is approved.
The one exception is your name when you first sign up: it shows straight away and is reviewed afterwards.
• Name: Arabic or English letters, 2 to 30 characters, with no digits or symbols.
• Username: English letters, digits and the underscore (_), 3 to 15 characters, starting with a letter, with no more than 6 digits.
• Your name or username may not suggest that you are part of the Circle team — for example by using "Circle", "سيركل", "Support" or "Admin".
• You can change your name up to 3 times every 30 days, and your username once every 30 days.
You can use any respectful picture as your profile photo — your face, a view, or a hobby. The following are not allowed:
• Immodest photos.
• Photos showing a phone number or a social media account.
• Photos of celebrities or of other people.
• Photos of children.
• Photos showing violence or hatred.
Phone numbers, social media accounts and links may not be placed in your name, bio or photo.
You can change your profile photo a limited number of times a day.
4 — Posting meetups
A meetup must be about a clear activity or interest, in a public place, and include its city and time.
Every meetup is reviewed automatically before it is published, and some are referred to the Circle team.
If a meetup breaks these terms it is not published, and you are told why.
A meetup shows in Discover until its time, or for 24 hours at most, whichever comes first.
Once it stops showing, you can post it again as a new meetup.
5 — What meetups may not contain
Meetups may not be used for any of the following:
• Phone numbers, accounts or any way of contacting someone outside Circle.
• Dating or marriage.
• Sexual content.
• Harassment, abuse or hate speech.
• Selling, asking for money, or offering investments.
• Anything that targets minors.
• Any illegal or dangerous activity.
A meetup that breaks these rules is not published and counts as a violation on your account, under clause 14.
6 — Who a meetup is for
Every member can use the "Who is this meetup for?" option and choose: everyone, or their own gender only. A meetup cannot be aimed at the other gender alone.
Use this option to choose who suits the activity and keeps participants comfortable. It may not be used for dating or looking for a relationship.
A member outside the meetup's chosen audience will not see it and cannot send an interest in it.
If a man posts a meetup whose description is aimed specifically at women, it is published only after the Circle team reviews it.
7 — Sharing a meetup outside Circle
Any member can share a link to a meetup outside the app.
The page the link opens shows only the meetup's city and time — not its title or place, and not its author's name or photo.
8 — Sending an interest
Only send an interest in meetups you actually intend to attend.
An interest without a note reaches the meetup's author immediately.
If you add a note, the interest reaches the author only after the note is reviewed. If the note is refused:
• Nothing reaches the meetup's author.
• You are shown the reason.
• You can send the interest again.
• The refused attempt does not count against your daily limit.
The number of interests you can send each day is limited, and differs between the free plan and Circle+.
9 — Chats
A chat between two members opens only after the meetup's author accepts an interest.
We do not scan chats automatically, and we do not interfere in what the two people agree.
If either of you reports the other, the moderation team may look at the reported chat to check the report.
If you send a photo or recording as "view once", the recipient can open it once.
If one of you deletes their account, the chat stays with the other person, and the deleted account appears as "Deleted account".
10 — Respect and conduct
Use Circle respectfully, and respect other people and their boundaries. The following are not allowed:
• Harassment, bothering or abusing anyone.
• Pursuing someone who refused contact or did not accept your interest.
• Hate speech or contempt based on religion, origin, sex or disability.
• Sexual content or nudity.
• Targeting minors.
• Fraud and asking for money.
• Impersonating someone else, or publishing other people's details without their permission.
• Spam and commercial promotion.
• Using Circle for dating or marriage.
• Any illegal or dangerous activity.
11 — Safety
Circle does not verify members' identities or check their backgrounds.
Someone being on Circle is not proof or a guarantee that they are safe.
You are responsible for judging whether the people you choose to contact or meet are right for you. When you meet:
• Meet in the public place that was announced, and tell someone you trust where you are going.
• Do not send anyone money, and do not share your bank details.
• Leave whenever you feel uncomfortable, and report any abusive behaviour to us.
12 — Reports
You can report from a profile, a meetup, a chat, or an interest card.
Every report reaches the moderation team immediately, and we currently commit to reviewing it within 24 hours.
We never tell the reported person who reported them.
If three different verified members report the same meetup or the same photo, it is hidden temporarily until the Circle team reviews it, and its owner sees it as "Under team review".
Knowingly filing a false report is a violation and may lead to action on your account.
13 — Blocking
You can block another member from their profile or from the chat.
A block takes effect immediately and cuts the two of you off from each other on Circle.
14 — Violations and penalties
If content is refused for breaking these terms, a violation is recorded on your account and you are shown the reason. This covers meetups, photos, bios, names and notes.
Penalties are never applied automatically. Only the Circle team decides what action to take, depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation. It may include:
• A warning, which may limit — for a period the team sets — adding notes to interests and the number of interests per day.
• Temporarily suspending the account.
• Permanently banning the account.
Serious violations can lead to a permanent ban on the first offence, in particular: harassment, sexual content, targeting minors, and fraud.
If the Circle team finds that content was refused by mistake, it may reverse the refusal, undo its effect, and let you know.
15 — The free plan and Circle+
You can use Circle for free. Ads are shown in both the free plan and Circle+.
Circle+ is an optional monthly subscription through Apple. It gives you:
• Higher daily limits.
• Newest and match sorting.
• Filters.
• Recovering ignored requests.
What each plan offers is shown on the Circle+ screen in the app before you pay.
16 — Payment and renewal
The Circle+ price is shown in your currency before you complete the purchase, and that is the price that applies.
Payment is made through your Apple account and is charged when you confirm the purchase. Circle never sees your card details.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it ends.
You can manage your subscription or turn off renewal in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Deleting the Circle app from your device does not stop automatic renewal.
If your plan includes a free trial, the paid subscription starts automatically when it ends unless you turn off renewal before then. A free trial is given once, and any unused part is lost if you subscribe before it ends.
17 — Cancelling and refunds
Cancelling does not refund what you have already paid, and Circle+ stays available to you until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are requested from Apple at: reportaproblem.apple.com
Any feature described as "unlimited" is subject to fair use: a technical cap far above normal use that protects members from spam and hijacked accounts. If you reach it while using the app normally, contact support.
We may change subscription prices or features later; no change applies to a period you have already paid for.
If your account is suspended or banned for breaking these terms, you are not entitled to a refund of the subscription.
18 — Content you post
What you post on Circle remains yours.
When you post on Circle, you give Circle a limited permission to store it and show it in the app, only as far as is needed to run the service.
Circle does not use your content in ads and does not sell it.
19 — Privacy
Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy, available in Settings and on our website.
20 — Deleting your account
You can delete your account from Settings at any time.
If you delete your account while you have chats with other members, those chats stay with them, and your account appears in them as "Deleted account".
Circle may suspend or permanently ban your account if you break these terms, following the violations process above.
21 — The service
Circle is provided as it is.
Circle does not guarantee that you will find people who suit you, or that using the app will lead to a friendship or a meetup.
To the extent the law allows, Circle is not responsible for what happens between members outside the app.
22 — Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time.
If a change is substantial, we will show it to you in the app before it takes effect.
23 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
